Lead and contribute to Elasticsearch core search and indexing capabilities: define technical vision, research search/data-structure improvements, design and implement indexing, query execution, and relevance systems, collaborate across teams, mentor engineers, and drive large-scale search infrastructure projects.

Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for Identity Threat Detection & Response within Elastic Security. Define detections, investigations, and automated responses for human and non-human identities; collaborate with threat research, data scientists, and engineers; integrate identity signals with endpoint, cloud, and network data; engage customers and evangelize product capabilities.

Lead product development for logs and logs analytics within Elastic Observability. Drive end-to-end log collection, ingest, management, and features for SREs (GenAI integration, automated SLO/SLI, intelligent alerting, correlation of logs/metrics/traces). Collaborate with engineering, UX, sales, and marketing to prioritize roadmap, track engagement, and drive adoption and go-to-market activities.

Full‑stack engineer on the self‑service cloud growth team building onboarding and trial experiences. Design and implement scalable frontend and backend features, APIs, agentic interfaces, and data evolution strategies. Collaborate with PMs, designers, and solution teams to integrate cloud and Kibana flows and operationalize software in production.

Own and build elastic.co features end-to-end across the full stack: React front-end components, backend services, CI/CD pipelines, performance instrumentation, monitoring, and security triage. Collaborate with product, design, and other engineers, perform code reviews, resolve production issues, and participate in on-call rotations for a high-availability, scalable web platform.

Technical leader on the Elasticsearch Search Relevance team designing and implementing search and vector-search features, improving relevance and performance, fixing bugs, collaborating with a distributed engineering team, engaging with the open-source community, and writing idiomatic modern Java.
