Lead hydrogeological impact assessments and groundwater monitoring programs, analyse water quality/quantity data, prepare regulatory submissions and technical reports, conduct site investigations and supervision, liaise with clients and multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with environmental legislation.

Partner with business leaders to deliver HR strategy and employee lifecycle support across Dublin sites. Lead employee relations and trade union engagement, workforce planning, HR analytics, training, performance management, remuneration support, and manager coaching to drive organisational effectiveness.

Lead delivery of bridge and transportation structural design projects from concept through construction and handover; perform and review structural analysis, design calculations and independent checks; manage programmes, resources, budgets, clients and stakeholders; coordinate multidisciplinary teams; mentor junior engineers and ensure quality, safety and compliance.
