Leads systems engineering and integration for heavy rail infrastructure projects. Coordinates signalling, electrical, telecommunications, and station-system designs; manages system architecture, requirements, interfaces, technical plans, risks, and integration conflicts. Supports quality assurance, system assurance submissions, safety certification, and compliance with international standards while coordinating internal teams, partners, and third parties.

Leads drainage design on infrastructure projects, including pipework, channels, gullies, attenuation systems, flow estimation, catchment analysis, and culvert design. Manages drainage deliverables, communicates with clients, supports junior staff, and completes OPW Section 50 applications. Requires proficiency with MicroDrainage, HEC-RAS, and CulvertMaster, plus knowledge of TII publications, DMURS, regional drainage standards, CIRIA guidance, and SuDS principles.
