Integrate enterprise systems (e.g., NICE, Siebel, Genesys), implement RBAC and JML lifecycle logic, create audit-ready reporting pipelines, apply AI/ML for anomaly detection, and collaborate with InfoSec, compliance, and platform teams to ensure secure, auditable access governance.

Lead incident response for critical production systems, triage and coordinate multi-team mitigation, improve availability through monitoring, automation, and post-incident improvements, and act as senior technical escalation on-shift.
