Leads and participates in risk-based regulatory audit engagements for eBay’s UK payment entity and other regions. Responsibilities include planning audits, evaluating laws, regulations, and controls, testing effectiveness, identifying root causes, reporting findings, tracking remediation, supporting annual risk assessments, and communicating results to management and risk forums. The role partners with Finance, Compliance, Product, IT, Risk, and Legal teams while monitoring evolving regulatory requirements.

Leads cloud infrastructure and platform engineering teams responsible for large-scale private cloud and Kubernetes environments. Develops cloud platform strategy, drives reliability, automation, observability, self-service infrastructure, GitOps, and SRE practices. Partners across engineering, security, networking, and product teams to deliver resilient platforms. Promotes AI-assisted operational tooling, developer productivity, inclusive team development, and continuous improvement across globally distributed engineering organizations.

Design, build, and operate scalable control-plane services and Kubernetes controllers enforcing network segmentation and security policies across clusters, clouds, and data centers. Integrate cloud-native networking (CNI, service mesh), automate policy lifecycle, lead production troubleshooting, apply CI/CD and observability, mentor engineers, and use AI tools to accelerate development and operations.
