Teams at Duna

Own and evolve Duna’s AWS and Kubernetes cloud platform, including networking, Terraform, CI/CD, observability, incident response, and developer self-service tooling. Improve engineering workflows and deployment safety, automate recurring operational work, and help run AI agents securely with appropriate sandboxes and guardrails. The role requires strong production infrastructure experience, end-to-end ownership, sound decision-making, and the ability to operate effectively in a startup or scale-up environment.

Design, build, and own scalable backend systems, APIs, and infrastructure for high-trust environments. Maintain hands-on coding involvement while driving testing, quality, maintainability, and technical culture. Solve complex product challenges with a user-first mindset, collaborate clearly, and operate effectively in ambiguity. Experience with the listed technology stack is beneficial but not required; AI feature and product analytics experience is a bonus.

Design, build, test, and maintain clean backend systems while shipping customer-facing features in product teams. Collaborate with deployment, go-to-market teams, and customers; improve recurring setup processes through product enhancements; and help shape engineering practices and technical culture. The role requires ownership, strong communication, curiosity, and a focus on quality and maintainability. Experience with AI features, evaluation, or product analytics is a bonus.
