Build recruiting function from scratch: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, ATS/workflows, candidate experience, pipeline reporting, and hiring manager partnership. Drive creative sourcing strategies, close candidates, and continuously improve processes and analytics.

Lead and deliver all motion work across marketing and product: own projects end-to-end, produce videos, motion graphics, and product animations, collaborate with marketing and product, and define DualEntrys motion style while providing creative direction.
