Lead global regulatory change and adherence processes, design and implement regulatory risk management strategy and operating model, oversee reporting and governance, steward senior forums, champion RegTech/AI innovation, and develop a high-performing, distributed team to ensure regulatory compliance and informed decision-making.

Support DLL Ireland's Risk Division through rotations in credit assessment, commercial finance, and portfolio risk. Prepare credit write-ups, perform detailed financial analysis (profitability, cashflow, balance sheet), liaise with sales and operations, attend due-diligence meetings, and support portfolio reporting. Complete training and progress to a full Risk Analyst role.
