The Senior HR Advisor will provide expert guidance on HR matters, manage complex employee relations, deliver HR projects, and enhance employee engagement within the Media and CXM practice areas.

Partner with senior stakeholders to drive financial performance through forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and scenario planning. Deliver timely management reporting and Power BI dashboards, oversee revenue recognition and controls, support audits, improve working-capital metrics and cash-flow forecasting, and lead and mentor junior finance team members to support commercial decision-making and operational efficiency.

Manage and optimise paid search campaigns, deliver reporting and insights, support client communications, and coach junior team members. Ensure campaign setup, monitoring, and optimisation across Google and Microsoft Ads, meet client KPIs, maintain account quality, and produce case studies to demonstrate agency excellence.
