The Senior HR Advisor will guide People Leaders in employee relations, lead HR projects, and support key HR initiatives, driving positive change and collaboration within the service line.

Lead FP&A activities including forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning. Provide commercial insight, variance analysis, scenario modelling and support pricing and client profitability. Deliver timely management reporting and Power BI dashboards, ensure revenue recognition and controls, support audits, improve working-capital metrics and cash-flow forecasting. Mentor finance team members and partner with senior leadership, commercial and operational teams to drive financial performance and governance.

Manage day-to-day paid search campaigns, optimize performance, produce reports and insights, communicate strategic recommendations to clients, support the Paid Search Manager, and coach junior team members. Measure success by client KPIs, satisfaction, and internal account quality; create case studies to showcase work.

Lead a strategic, multi-brand client portfolio delivering integrated TTL media strategy across offline, digital and experiential channels. Manage client relationships, oversee end-to-end campaign delivery, drive performance reporting and optimisation, own budgets and financial forecasting, and lead and develop direct reports while ensuring governance and cross-team collaboration.
