Senior Commercial Counsel will negotiate enterprise sales, partnership, vendor, services, data licensing, and marketing agreements. The role advises on privacy, intellectual property, data security, AI law, and cross-border data transfers across the UK/EU and APAC. Responsibilities include building scalable legal processes, supporting sales and business development, managing international regulatory issues, and translating evolving AI legal developments into practical guidance for a fast-growing company.

Own technical design and delivery of enterprise customer implementations across MENA, from discovery and proof-of-concept through production cutover. Lead pre-sales evaluations, design scalable solutions addressing customer stacks and data residency, create reusable architectures and deployment playbooks, support complex post-onboarding issues, and represent Deepgram with Arabic-speaking customers. Provide product and research feedback on Arabic speech models and help expand regional coverage.

The Account Executive will build a sales pipeline in the German markets, work with cross-functional teams, and maintain stakeholder relationships to drive sales and manage accounts for Deepgram's voice AI platform.
