Leads Databricks’ global Revenue Assurance function and serves as Ireland Country Lead. Responsibilities include managing revenue accounting teams, ensuring ASC 606 and IFRS 15 compliance, advising on complex SaaS contracts, overseeing Irish entity operations, intercompany processes, billing and collections, and partnering with Legal, Tax, Treasury, Sales, and Order-to-Cash teams. The role also drives process automation, technical training, local capability expansion, and operational governance.

Advise international public sector stakeholders on EMEA compliance, government contracting, procurement, and integrity risks. Localize global compliance guidance across jurisdictions, create scalable playbooks and enablement materials, partner cross-functionally to support responsible growth, and lead internal investigations when needed. The role requires executive-ready communication, practical risk balancing, and the ability to translate complex legal issues into actionable processes.
