The role involves optimizing user journeys, providing technical support, developing proofs of concept, and enhancing customer experience for Dash0's products.

Own and evolve Dash0's billing and metering systems, deepen Stripe integrations, build cloud marketplace connections, ship usage dashboards and billing alerts, set architectural standards, and mentor engineers on billing architecture and reliability.

Act as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers: design observability architectures using OpenTelemetry and Kubernetes, build and run POCs and demos, guide telemetry ingestion and collector design, collaborate with sales and product to drive successful Dash0 implementations and influence roadmap.

Act as a technical advisor for commercial customers: design observability architectures using OpenTelemetry and Kubernetes, build and run POCs, deliver technical demos, guide telemetry ingestion and collector design, collaborate with Sales and Product, and create reusable demo environments and reference architectures.

Act as a technical advisor to enterprise customers: design observability architectures, build and run POCs, deliver technical demos, guide OpenTelemetry and collector design, collaborate with Sales and Product, and create reusable demo/reference architectures to ensure customers realize Dash0's technical value.

Lead product positioning, messaging, and GTM for observability products. Own competitive intelligence, launch execution, enablement materials, and product marketing KPIs while working closely with product and developer-relations teams.

Lead architecture and implementation of usage-based billing and metering systems. Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and security; integrate billing with Stripe, marketplaces, and CRM; mentor engineers, define backend patterns in Go, and improve observability and operational standards.

Own paid acquisition strategy and budget across channels, manage agency relationships, execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns, improve landing pages and conversion flows, own demand gen analytics (CAC, CPL, ROI), forecast budgets, and collaborate with marketing and sales to drive qualified pipeline.
