Lead and grow Dash0's design function for an observability platform: set vision, hire and mentor designers, partner with Product and Engineering, establish design processes, and deliver high-quality, data-dense user experiences.

Design and implement high-performance, data-rich frontend features using React and TypeScript. Co-own frontend architecture, component design, and state management. Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to improve data visualization and user diagnostics. Ship production code quickly, leverage AI tools to accelerate development, and mentor engineers while promoting frontend best practices and testing.

Own and drive a strategic observability product initiative: lead discovery with customers, define strategy and roadmap, measure outcomes, set KPIs, mentor PMs, and ensure solutions are valuable, viable, and delivered.

Design and build highly scalable backend services and data pipelines in Go, optimize storage and querying with ClickHouse, architect resilient microservices, and deliver production features that improve telemetry ingestion, processing, performance, and cost-efficiency for an observability platform.

Lead product positioning, messaging, and GTM for observability products. Own competitive intelligence, launch execution, enablement materials, and product marketing KPIs while working closely with product and developer-relations teams.

Own paid acquisition strategy and budget across channels, manage agency relationships, execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns, improve landing pages and conversion flows, own demand gen analytics (CAC, CPL, ROI), forecast budgets, and collaborate with marketing and sales to drive qualified pipeline.

Lead and scale the EMEA Customer Experience and Success function, owning technical customer engagements from POC to adoption. Build and coach a regional team, manage complex enterprise accounts, track lifecycle metrics, partner with Sales and Product/Engineering, and plan capacity and hiring to meet Go-to-Market objectives.

Build and architect scalable, reliable backend services in Go for ingestion, edge processing, and usage-based billing. Solve large-scale data engineering problems using ClickHouse and messaging systems, ensure metering accuracy, collaborate with product teams, define code quality and testing standards, mentor engineers, and drive observability best practices.

Work hands-on with strategic customers to deploy OpenTelemetry instrumentation, build integrations and dashboards, troubleshoot distributed systems and Kubernetes, lead POCs, and translate field insights into product feedback.

Lead and own technical content strategy and editorial processes, coordinate across product marketing and DevRel, expand content into new formats (video, ebooks, infographics, labs), scale YouTube/video strategy, and track content performance to drive engagement, leads, and pipeline.

Own and evolve the documentation platform and tooling; build integrations with engineering workflows; design AI-assisted docs processes; write and maintain guides, API references, and tutorials; define information architecture and documentation standards; collaborate with product marketing and engineering to keep docs accurate and discoverable.

Lead architecture and implementation of usage-based billing and metering systems. Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and security; integrate billing with Stripe, marketplaces, and CRM; mentor engineers, define backend patterns in Go, and improve observability and operational standards.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll drive new business in the Nordics, managing large accounts and negotiations, while building strategic relationships and providing accurate sales forecasts.

The role involves optimizing user journeys, providing technical support, developing proofs of concept, and enhancing customer experience for Dash0's products.
