Three-year finance graduate programme providing exposure to shared services, commercial finance, forecasting, budgeting, group reporting, tax, and cost efficiency. Graduates remain within the finance team, receive mentoring, work on meaningful business projects, and pursue a professional accounting qualification. The role emphasizes adaptability, innovation, critical thinking, learning agility, collaboration, and stakeholder management while contributing to automation, reporting improvements, and business performance across an international airport and travel retail group.
