Three-month paid internship offering hands-on experience in commercial real estate. Interns support teams across investment, asset management, capital markets, leasing, valuation, property management, development, or lease advisory; attend client meetings, visit sites, collaborate on projects, and develop business, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Lead and deliver capital, infrastructure, laboratory, workplace, and technical facilities projects across EMEA from initiation through handover. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, permitting, construction, commissioning, and close-out. Conduct site visits across EMEA, ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards, and standardise best practices to improve project outcomes.

The Project Manager will oversee projects at client sites, manage budgets, timelines, and resources, and ensure effective client communication and compliance with regulations.
