Lead and deliver capital, infrastructure, laboratory, workplace, and technical facilities projects across EMEA from initiation through handover. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, permitting, construction, commissioning, and close-out. Conduct site visits across EMEA, ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards, and standardise best practices to improve project outcomes.

The Project Manager will oversee projects at client sites, manage budgets, timelines, and resources, and ensure effective client communication and compliance with regulations.

Prepare management, quarterly and annual accounts for a portfolio of managed properties; perform reconciliations, VAT and tax filings; manage budgets, CAPEX monitoring, rent remittance and service charge invoicing. Support audits, client compliance, property setups, and automation initiatives while collaborating with clients, fund and property managers to improve controls and operational efficiency.
