The Project Manager will oversee projects at client sites, manage budgets, timelines, and resources, and ensure effective client communication and compliance with regulations.

Three-year commercial real estate graduate programme covering valuation, commercial agency, and asset services. Participants gain practical experience through impactful projects, training workshops, leadership panels, and networking events while developing expertise toward SCSI/RICS accreditation and the APC qualification. The programme is open to final-year students studying real estate or another discipline with a passion for property. A sponsored MSc may be required for graduates whose degree is not SCSI/RICS accredited.

Lead and deliver capital, infrastructure, laboratory, workplace, and technical facilities projects across EMEA from initiation through handover. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, permitting, construction, commissioning, and close-out. Conduct site visits across EMEA, ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards, and standardise best practices to improve project outcomes.
