Owns service performance, major incident escalation, root cause analysis, capacity planning, vendor and network partner management, and operational process maturity. Partners with Engineering and Product to improve service supportability, tooling, monitoring, diagnostics, and automation. Manages team leads, hiring, performance, development, and distributed regional coverage while ensuring reliable global connectivity platform operations.

Lead group financial strategy, reporting and treasury for an international, scaling SaaS/connected-mobility business. Strengthen financial systems and controls, manage tax, transfer pricing and entity structuring, lead M&A diligence and integration, support funding and investor relations, and build a high-performing finance team to prepare the group for public/parent-company reporting.
