Owns execution of the product roadmap for IoT connectivity and software products. Responsibilities include defining requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and non-functional requirements; coordinating with Product, Engineering, Data Science, delivery, and commercial teams; supporting Agile ceremonies, release planning, testing, customer validation, documentation, training, and product performance analysis.

Serve as the finance partner to commercial teams by owning customer profitability, building customer P&Ls, driving margin improvement, challenging forecasts, and delivering monthly FP&A reporting. Contribute to budgets, rolling forecasts, five-year planning, and improved financial models. Use AI, Excel, and business intelligence tools to enhance analysis, scenario testing, reporting, and decision-making while communicating insights to finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Supports the Legal team with NDA review, contract template management, contract execution, standard commercial agreements, corporate filings, and company secretarial administration. The role uses AI-assisted tools and provides progression into commercial negotiations, deal structuring, and stakeholder management across Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Product. It requires a qualified junior legal professional who can manage high-volume work accurately in a fast-paced international technology business.

Lead group financial strategy, reporting and treasury for an international, scaling SaaS/connected-mobility business. Strengthen financial systems and controls, manage tax, transfer pricing and entity structuring, lead M&A diligence and integration, support funding and investor relations, and build a high-performing finance team to prepare the group for public/parent-company reporting.
