Teams at CSL

Leads global clinical development strategy and execution for hematology programs, guiding 5–8 Global Clinical Program Leaders and representing Clinical Development on therapeutic area leadership teams. Oversees clinical plans, protocol design, regulatory submissions, benefit-risk assessments, business development support, and interactions with health authorities, payers, commercial teams, physicians, and external experts. Mentors clinical drug developers, supports matrix collaboration, engages key opinion leaders, and drives scientific and operational excellence across the portfolio.

Manages accounts payable processes and master data for the EMEA region, including invoice processing, payment-run approval, supplier issue resolution, WE/RE account reconciliation, KPI monitoring, audit support, and coordination with external service providers. The role also handles tax and commercial-law compliance, process improvements, master-data approvals, and subproject responsibilities. Requires accounting expertise, SAP FI/CO knowledge, and several years of accounts payable experience.

Provides strategic and hands-on biostatistical leadership across pharmaceutical discovery, translational, biomarker, and early research programs. Designs studies, analyzes complex biological datasets, develops advanced statistical methods and reproducible R workflows, and translates evidence into portfolio decisions. The role collaborates with quantitative and scientific functions, supports publications and external partnerships, mentors statisticians, and advances data-driven analytical practices.
