Lead day-to-day TMF operations across the portfolio: govern TMF processes, oversee eTMF systems (Veeva), manage vendors, ensure inspection readiness, track TMF KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and coach TMF staff.

Lead Device Engineering for drug-device combination products from concept through commercialization and sustaining. Manage cross-functional and external partner coordination, maintain DHF, drive design controls, risk management, verification/validation, supplier qualification, regulatory submission support, and mentor engineering staff while aligning device plans with CMC and program strategies.

Lead all financial operations for Romania: budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, reporting, tax, treasury, compliance and audits. Provide strategic financial guidance to affiliate leadership, drive performance metrics, enable operational excellence, partner cross-functionally, and mentor finance staff.
