Provides Tier 2 HR support for compensation, benefits, rewards, recognition, and employee equity inquiries in Germany and Switzerland. Processes HR transactions in Workday and SAP, performs audits, manages payroll interfaces, resolves escalated cases, maintains documentation, monitors KPIs, identifies process improvements and automation opportunities, and develops SOPs and knowledge base articles while coordinating with HR centers of expertise, payroll, HR technology, and other stakeholders.

Leads global procurement strategy for logistics and warehousing categories, including 3PL/4PL warehousing, freight, packaging, courier services, and trade compliance. Oversees category management, sourcing, negotiations, supplier relationship management, performance KPIs, risk mitigation, cost savings, compliance, and continuous improvement. Partners with senior executives, leads global teams, develops talent, and drives transformation initiatives across CSL’s supply chain organization.

Supports regional financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, KPI analysis, and business partnering across European and Canadian markets. Provides performance insights, variance analysis, executive presentations, and recommendations to support strategic decisions. Maintains financial data and planning models, improves reporting automation and standardization, and coordinates submissions across finance and commercial stakeholders. The role requires cross-country collaboration, strong financial modeling, communication, and analytical skills within a global biopharmaceutical organization.
