Plan and manage clinical trial supplies for low-to-medium complexity studies: forecast drug volumes, collect/analyze samples, ensure storage/transport/archiving, manage vendors, use IRT, author/review study documents, lead global CTS meetings, partner with R&D, and update SOPs for continuous improvement and compliance.

Lead day-to-day TMF operations across the portfolio: govern TMF processes, oversee eTMF systems (Veeva), manage vendors, ensure inspection readiness, track TMF KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and coach TMF staff.

Lead all financial operations for Romania: budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, reporting, tax, treasury, compliance and audits. Provide strategic financial guidance to affiliate leadership, drive performance metrics, enable operational excellence, partner cross-functionally, and mentor finance staff.
