Provide company secretarial services for a portfolio of Central Bank–regulated funds and Irish companies: schedule and support board and committee meetings, prepare agendas and board packs, take and circulate minutes, manage statutory books and filings (CRO, RBO, Central Bank), assist with general meetings, improve processes, lead and mentor junior team members, and maintain stakeholder relationships while complying with Central Bank Fitness and Probity standards.

Manage a portfolio of corporate secretarial clients within SPV Management, delivering board and committee meeting setup, drafting and reviewing minutes and resolutions, maintaining statutory books and filings under Companies Act 2014, meeting SLAs, coordinating with stakeholders and advisers, supporting regulated structures, and driving process improvements to enhance governance and client experience.

Manage end-to-end loan agency transactions across structured finance and corporate lending portfolios: review documentation, coordinate closings, set up loan facilities, process drawdowns/repayments, execute settlements, maintain deal records and reporting, support onboarding/AML-KYC, and drive process improvements and risk controls.
