Lead CSC’s regulated Irish fund administration business as CEO and Country Head. Own strategy, commercial growth, client relationships, operational performance, governance, risk, regulatory engagement, technology improvements, and organizational leadership. The role requires accountability to the Central Bank of Ireland, collaboration with global Fund Services teams, and oversight of sustainable revenue growth, service quality, resilience, controls, and talent development. Travel within Ireland and internationally is required.

Supports legal, corporate, governance, and administrative matters for structured finance and securitization clients. Responsibilities include coordinating transactions, preparing board materials and minutes, monitoring deadlines, maintaining statutory registers, completing Companies Act filings, managing AML and KYC processes, coordinating document execution, and handling company secretarial activities, notarizations, apostilling, and consularization.

Supports accounting and financial reporting for capital market SPVs, including journal entries, reconciliations, management accounts, regulatory and tax returns, audits, client deliverables, and financial analysis. The role also assists with internal controls, process improvements, financial models, administrative tasks, and collaboration with clients, auditors, and internal teams while pursuing ACCA qualification.
