Manage end-to-end loan agency transactions across structured finance and corporate lending portfolios: review documentation, coordinate closings, set up loan facilities, process drawdowns/repayments, execute settlements, maintain deal records and reporting, support onboarding/AML-KYC, and drive process improvements and risk controls.

Support valuation oversight and NAV governance for AIFs: review NAV reporting, perform variance analysis, assist forecasting, invoicing and management reporting, prepare committee and board materials, monitor regulatory capital, support year-end financial statements and audits, and help onboard new funds.

Manage a portfolio of capital markets clients and execute corporate transactions (incorporations, migrations, liquidations). Coordinate legal documentation and board meetings, liaise with counsel, directors, and accounting, support KYC/AML and invoicing, identify upsell opportunities, and deliver KPI-driven service in partnership with senior stakeholders to drive client growth and transaction outcomes.
