Designs standardized global processes for accounting, reporting, company secretarial, directorships, and payments. The role eliminates duplication and rework, identifies automation opportunities, establishes Global Process Ownership frameworks, defines standards and controls, aligns process taxonomies, and sequences migration from fragmented local operations to globally standardized processes while retaining regulated execution locally.

Owns the target operating model architecture for Global Financial Solutions, integrating client journey, processes, data, technology, controls, and organizational designs. Chairs design-authority reviews, resolves cross-workstream conflicts, maintains the design baseline, manages sequencing dependencies, assesses architectural impacts of change requests, and translates strategy into a coherent, implementable enterprise blueprint. The role requires substantial financial services experience, enterprise architecture expertise, executive presence, and the ability to align senior stakeholders across businesses and jurisdictions.
