The FP&A Manager leads budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, providing insights for strategic decisions while enhancing financial processes and tools.

Design, build and validate high-value AI proofs of concept and prototypes, focusing on practical business value, production-readiness and responsible AI. Collaborate with product, engineering, governance and stakeholders to run RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering and model evaluation, then recommend pilots or productionisation while ensuring security, observability, integration and operational feasibility.

Design, develop, and maintain BankWorld product features in a Scrum team. Implement secure, high-quality Java-based solutions, integrate AI/LLM tooling, support and troubleshoot production issues, participate in code reviews, and adopt AI-driven testing and automation. Provide occasional out-of-hours support and contribute to continuous improvement.

The Pre Sales Consultant will support the Sales team by providing technical and business insights, delivering product presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction post-sale.

Work within an Agile team to design, execute, and maintain manual and automated tests for web, mobile and APIs. Create maintainable automation scripts, improve frameworks, manage test environments and data, report defects, and collaborate with developers and product owners to ensure quality and continuous improvement.
