Manage the organization’s cybersecurity risk and controls posture, including the risk register, control library, exceptions, evidence collection, and Drata GRC workflows. Coordinate ISO 27001 and SOC 2 audits, customer due-diligence questionnaires, internal assessments, and external testing. Maintain security policies, standards, Statements of Applicability, framework mappings, and control monitoring. Track residual risk, control drift, evidence health, and gap closure while coordinating control owners, auditors, and security teams.

Lead the end-to-end design of MetaMask’s Prediction Markets experience, from discovery and trading through position management and iteration. Translate complex concepts such as probabilities, liquidity, and market mechanics into clear user experiences. Partner closely with Product and Engineering, prototype rapidly using AI, and maintain high standards for visual and interaction design informed by research and data.

Lead go-to-market strategy and growth for MetaMask Trading features. Define positioning, shape roadmap with product, execute launches and lifecycle campaigns, partner with Growth, Data, Brand, and BD to drive conversion, volume, and retention, and strengthen brand trust through education and community programs.
