Leads CoinPoker’s affiliate and agent acquisition programs globally, owning strategy, P&L, partner recruitment, deal structures, market expansion, team development, performance reporting, and risk management. The role optimizes partners for net rake, profitability, player quality, and cohort retention while managing attribution, settlements, disputes, fraud exposure, and commercial decisions across affiliate and agent channels.

Manage and grow the regional poker affiliate book by sourcing, negotiating, and closing affiliate deals (CPA, rev share, rakeback, hybrid). Oversee partner relationships and performance, monitor traffic quality, rake generation and player cohorts, and renegotiate or cut underperforming sources. Maintain pipeline, reporting, and accurate partner records and payment schedules.

Lead short-form video strategy across TikTok, Reels, and Shorts: set hooks, pacing, payoff placement, and repeatable formats. Use poker expertise and audience psychology to select moments, run weekly performance reviews, iterate briefs, flag boost candidates, and collaborate with creative, CRM, and ambassador teams while monitoring platform trends and algorithm changes.
