Support EMEA recruiting through candidate sourcing, screening, engagement, intake meetings, role profiling, assessment, and pipeline strategy. Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and People teams to align hiring requirements and identify qualified talent. Maintain silver-medalist and near-miss candidates in Workday, provide market intelligence, improve talent attraction, and use AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making.

Prospect new business through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and multi-touch campaigns. Research target accounts, qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, schedule meetings for Account Executives, and support pipeline generation and quota achievement. The role requires collaboration with sales leadership and partners, account-based prospecting, competitive analysis, product knowledge, and peer mentoring.
