Teams at Cohere AI

Owns revenue enablement programs for EMEA field teams from design through rollout, measurement, and iteration. Responsibilities include creating sales resources, implementing MEDDPICC, building certifications, managing enablement platforms, coaching sellers, partnering with GTM teams, using analytics and AI workflows, and reporting program impact through metrics such as ramp time, win rates, pipeline generation, and deal velocity.

Lead Cohere's policy engagement on compute infrastructure, export controls, sovereign AI, and national AI competitiveness. Monitor and analyze relevant developments, develop policy positions, engage governments and cross-functional teams, represent Cohere in public discussions, and produce policy analysis and thought leadership to inform strategic business opportunities and public-private partnerships.

Lead private-cloud and on-premises deployments of an enterprise AI platform. Partner with customer IT teams on infrastructure, security, and data requirements; design compliant deployment strategies; troubleshoot technical issues; and deliver reliable rollouts. The role requires production Kubernetes and Helm expertise, cloud infrastructure knowledge, DevOps and CI/CD experience, customer-facing skills, French fluency, and travel of up to 20–40%.
