Lead Cohere’s sales strategy and revenue growth across Italy, Spain, and Portugal. Build enterprise and public-sector relationships, develop strategic accounts and partnerships, pursue complex AI and technology opportunities, and establish go-to-market plans. The role requires executive engagement, regional market expertise, collaboration across global teams, and regular travel throughout Southern Europe.

Lead private-cloud and on-premises deployments of an enterprise AI platform. Partner with customer IT teams on infrastructure, security, and data requirements; design compliant deployment strategies; troubleshoot technical issues; and deliver reliable rollouts. The role requires production Kubernetes and Helm expertise, cloud infrastructure knowledge, DevOps and CI/CD experience, customer-facing skills, French fluency, and travel of up to 20–40%.

Design, build, and deploy reliable LLM-powered agents and agentic workflows for enterprise customers. Translate ambiguous business problems into measurable AI solutions, integrate agents with tools, APIs, and sensitive data, and ship features for Cohere’s North platform. Develop evaluation frameworks for accuracy, safety, and latency; contribute to shared AI engineering standards; collaborate with customer engineering teams; and travel 20–40% for on-site customer and partner work.
