Lead Cohere's policy engagement on compute infrastructure, export controls, sovereign AI, and national AI competitiveness. Monitor and analyze relevant developments, develop policy positions, engage governments and cross-functional teams, represent Cohere in public discussions, and produce policy analysis and thought leadership to inform strategic business opportunities and public-private partnerships.

Lead private-cloud and on-premises deployments of an enterprise AI platform. Partner with customer IT teams on infrastructure, security, and data requirements; design compliant deployment strategies; troubleshoot technical issues; and deliver reliable rollouts. The role requires production Kubernetes and Helm expertise, cloud infrastructure knowledge, DevOps and CI/CD experience, customer-facing skills, French fluency, and travel of up to 20–40%.

Design, build, and deploy reliable LLM-powered agents and agentic workflows for enterprise customers. Translate ambiguous business problems into measurable AI solutions, integrate agents with tools, APIs, and sensitive data, and ship features for Cohere’s North platform. Develop evaluation frameworks for accuracy, safety, and latency; contribute to shared AI engineering standards; collaborate with customer engineering teams; and travel 20–40% for on-site customer and partner work.
