Translate ambiguous business problems into measurable AI solutions, integrate agents with tools, APIs, and sensitive data, and ship features for Cohere’s North platform. Develop evaluation frameworks for accuracy, safety, and latency; contribute to shared AI engineering standards; collaborate with customer engineering teams; and travel 20–40% for on-site customer and partner work.

Lead deployment of North product in private cloud environments, partnering with clients to assess infrastructure needs and resolving technical issues effectively.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will build features for an AI platform, develop integrating solutions, lead deployments, and engage with customers.

Manage a global portfolio of HR programs and initiatives within the HR PMO. Build project plans, milestones, workstreams, governance, and ownership; coordinate cross-functional execution across HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and other teams; manage risks, dependencies, decisions, and stakeholder alignment; and develop scalable workflows and tools for HR operations. The role requires thriving in ambiguity, moving quickly, and independently delivering complex projects in a high-growth environment.
