Lead deployment of North product in private cloud environments, partnering with clients to assess infrastructure needs and resolving technical issues effectively.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will build features for an AI platform, develop integrating solutions, lead deployments, and engage with customers.

Manage a global portfolio of HR programs and initiatives within the HR PMO. Build project plans, milestones, workstreams, governance, and ownership; coordinate cross-functional execution across HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and other teams; manage risks, dependencies, decisions, and stakeholder alignment; and develop scalable workflows and tools for HR operations. The role requires thriving in ambiguity, moving quickly, and independently delivering complex projects in a high-growth environment.

Lead end-to-end deployment of an enterprise AI platform in private cloud and on-premises environments. The role requires Kubernetes and Helm administration, cloud infrastructure, networking, virtualization, DevOps, CI/CD, and direct customer engagement. Travel to customer and partner sites in France will comprise 20–40% of the role.

Provide EU-focused counsel on AI and privacy regulation (EU AI Act, GDPR, DSA); draft policies, DPA and contractual terms; translate legal requirements into technical and operational controls; advise product, engineering, and go-to-market teams; liaise with regulators and manage compliance programs and risk assessments.

The Research Intern will conduct machine learning research, focusing on large language models, and disseminate results through publications and code while collaborating with Cohere researchers.

Build and maintain integrations for North's agentic platform, own the end-to-end integration pipeline, create evals and tests to ensure reliability, tune tool descriptions, and help other engineers add and maintain integrations while using AI responsibly to improve performance and quality.

Build and ship end-to-end features and agentic automations for North, Cohere's AI workspace for finance. Integrate financial data sources, enforce data isolation and RBAC, collaborate with Product/UX/ML/Sales, work with finance customers, ensure reliability/security/auditability, and iterate on platform capabilities using AI where appropriate.

Build and maintain North's Agents & Automations platform: design and ship frontend and backend features, execution engine, integrations, debugging, observability, evaluation, and feedback systems to enable reliable AI-powered workflows.
