Supports recruitment programs by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates. Maintains applicant records and recruitment reports in ATS and HRIS tools, conducts background and reference checks, supports compensation discussions, ensures hiring compliance, and represents the company professionally to candidates and service providers.

Sources and screens candidates, conducts initial HR interviews, coordinates hiring activities, maintains recruitment trackers, supports offer rollout and onboarding, and ensures a positive candidate experience. The role is intended for fresh MBA or PGDM Human Resources graduates interested in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Evaluate inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails for quality; analyze performance data and close gaps; deliver and maintain training programs and materials; coach agents, measure training effectiveness, and collaborate with Operations, Quality, and client teams to uphold service standards.
