Lead GRC activities for IT, Cloud, and AI domains by developing and maintaining security policies, conducting risk and control assessments, supporting ISO and audit readiness, managing remediation, and maintaining GRC reporting. Collaborate globally to align governance with standards and support AI risk management for generative AI and LLMs.

Perform talent performance studies, clean and join datasets, run statistical analyses, and deliver actionable reports. Build and maintain B2B sales talent dashboards (Domo preferred). Provide fast-turnaround workforce reporting, support executive QBRs, and ensure data governance and accuracy to influence hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies.

Manage complex client accounts end-to-end to ensure satisfaction, renewals, expansions, and conversions. Serve as single contact, achieve revenue quotas, use data to resolve issues, build relationships, negotiate, identify upsell opportunities and risks, and coordinate with internal partners and a Sales Manager.
