Work directly with European hotel clients to configure accounting in Cloudbeds: chart of accounts mapping, VAT and fiscalization setup, ERP integrations (QuickBooks, Xero, M3, NetSuite, Sage), troubleshoot reconciliation and sync issues, document best practices, and collaborate with Product and Engineering on customer-driven improvements.

Lead end-to-end onboarding for mid-market hospitality customers, manage timelines, stakeholders, risks, and cross-functional coordination to drive adoption and transition to Account Management, ensuring measurable customer success.

The Engineering Manager will lead the Revenue Intelligence team, oversee the development of large-scale systems, and mentor software engineers. Responsibilities include code reviews, fostering collaboration, and optimizing software processes.
