Designs, develops, and operates reliable APIs, marketplace integrations, and event-driven workflows for Cloudbeds' global partner ecosystem. Responsibilities include writing tested PHP and Java code, designing resilient distributed systems, improving API scalability and observability, supporting cloud-native infrastructure, researching technologies, and collaborating with technical stakeholders, customers, and partners.

Manage a portfolio of hospitality customers, build strategic relationships, define success outcomes, improve product engagement, reduce churn, and identify upsell opportunities. Serve as the primary customer contact, handle escalations, analyze customer data, communicate feedback internally, recommend product improvements, and provide guidance on optimizing Cloudbeds software. Experience with European hospitality accounts is a significant plus.

Build, deploy, and operate Cloudbeds' POS product end-to-end across React Native/Expo frontend, Python/FastAPI backend, Terraform and Kubernetes infrastructure. Implement offline-first sync, reliable APIs, payments, observability, testing, and production support while collaborating with product and cross-functional teams.

Work directly with European hotel clients to configure accounting in Cloudbeds: chart of accounts mapping, VAT and fiscalization setup, ERP integrations (QuickBooks, Xero, M3, NetSuite, Sage), troubleshoot reconciliation and sync issues, document best practices, and collaborate with Product and Engineering on customer-driven improvements.

Lead technical direction for Revenue Intelligence systems across frontend, backend, data pipelines, ML workflows, and cloud infrastructure. Solve complex engineering problems, modernize legacy systems, improve reliability/security/observability, mentor engineers, and align cross-functional teams to deliver scalable revenue and pricing products for hoteliers.
