Work directly with European hotel clients to configure accounting in Cloudbeds: chart of accounts mapping, VAT and fiscalization setup, ERP integrations (QuickBooks, Xero, M3, NetSuite, Sage), troubleshoot reconciliation and sync issues, document best practices, and collaborate with Product and Engineering on customer-driven improvements.

Lead end-to-end onboarding for mid-market hospitality customers, manage timelines, stakeholders, risks, and cross-functional coordination to drive adoption and transition to Account Management, ensuring measurable customer success.

Handle customer billing and subscription inquiries via email and phone, manage cancellation exit interviews, process credits/refunds, analyze billing ticket trends, contribute to knowledge base and cross-team issue resolution, and support month-end billing tasks.

Lead Cloudbeds' global thought leadership: own editorial strategy and research programs, analyze platform data into reports, craft executive viewpoints and customer stories, and partner with content teams to amplify findings across channels using AI tools.

Design, deploy, and maintain production-grade distributed ML systems for revenue management. Build data pipelines, implement and validate models, establish MLOps practices (CI/CD, orchestration, monitoring), define SLIs/SLOs, and collaborate with product and engineering to drive model reliability and business impact.

Build, deploy, and operate Cloudbeds' POS product end-to-end across React Native/Expo frontend, Python/FastAPI backend, Terraform and Kubernetes infrastructure. Implement offline-first sync, reliable APIs, payments, observability, testing, and production support while collaborating with product and cross-functional teams.
