Create and execute graphic design across advertising, social, case studies, presentations, digital, print, experiential, marketing, campaigns, and events. Own projects from brief through final QA, maintain Clio’s visual brand, support sub-brand identity work, and collaborate with creative leads and stakeholders. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish design capability, strong production skills, brand-system experience, and proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and AI design tools.

Provide commercial legal support across EMEA: draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements; support sales and enterprise deal execution; advise on privacy/GDPR and data processing agreements; manage legal intake and contract templates; improve legal operations and contract workflows; partner with business teams to resolve escalations and enable compliant, efficient deal execution.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the EMEA Senior Leadership Team: manage complex schedules and travel across time zones, coordinate events and meetings, handle correspondence and expense reconciliation, liaise with external partners, maintain documentation and knowledge management, and protect confidential information.

Lead and grow an engineering team for a large-scale SaaS product. Collaborate with Product and Design to set roadmaps, design technical solutions, review code and architecture, hire and coach engineers, contribute hands-on to projects, and foster a high-performing, inclusive team culture focused on delivery and continuous improvement (especially around AI).

Design and localize customer education for EMEA: create eLearning, documentation, videos, simulations, and certification exams; run LMS and Help site operations; collaborate with product, sales, and CS; analyze learning data and iterate content; manage content lifecycle and projects using AI-enabled tools.

Lead technical work enabling global-ready products: act as technical stakeholder, define roadmaps, remove major technical blockers, write and review high-quality tested code, mentor engineers, simplify abstractions, and collaborate across distributed teams to deliver scalable web/SaaS solutions.

Lead Clio's EMEA marketing strategy and a regional team to drive awareness, demand generation, pipeline, and market expansion. Own planning, budgeting, performance reporting, cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Brand. Build scalable multi-market programs, oversee events, partnerships, communications, and optimize ROI through data-driven decision making.
