Collaborate with AEs, document activities in Salesforce, meet daily KPIs, report weekly, and develop sales skills through training. Role is Dublin-based with occasional international travel.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the EMEA Senior Leadership Team: manage complex schedules and travel across time zones, coordinate events and meetings, handle correspondence and expense reconciliation, liaise with external partners, maintain documentation and knowledge management, and protect confidential information.

Manage a portfolio of high-value EMEA accounts to drive adoption, retention, and expansion. Deliver value-based relationships, business reviews, product demonstrations, and cross-functional feedback. Lead and grow an engineering team for a large-scale SaaS product. Collaborate with Product and Design to set roadmaps, design technical solutions, review code and architecture, hire and coach engineers, contribute hands-on to projects, and foster a high-performing, inclusive team culture focused on delivery and continuous improvement (especially around AI).

Design and localize customer education for EMEA: create eLearning, documentation, videos, simulations, and certification exams; run LMS and Help site operations; collaborate with product, sales, and CS; analyze learning data and iterate content; manage content lifecycle and projects using AI-enabled tools.

The Software Developer at Clio joins the Engineering team to build scalable web applications, tackle complex problems, and mentor peers in an agile environment.

Manage EMEA accounts receivable (invoicing, collections, reconciliations), provide AP coverage, support month-end close under US GAAP, assist finance projects, improve AR/AP processes, and prepare AR ageing and collections analysis.

Provide IT support globally, mentor team members, manage hardware inventory, ensure IT security, and standardize processes within the IT team.
