Build scalable multi-market programs, oversee events, partnerships, communications, and optimize ROI through data-driven decision making.

Provides accounting consultancy to UK law firms using Clio, advising on bookkeeping, client and office accounts, VAT, SRA Accounts Rules, reconciliations, migrations, integrations, and system configuration. Resolves complex accounting issues, develops training and documentation, supports customer adoption, enables internal teams, contributes to UK product development, and collaborates with Sales, Product, Support, and Engineering. Requires at least five years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, including two years with law firms or client money.

The Senior Compliance Analyst will build and automate Clio’s compliance program, supporting SOC 2 and ISO 27001 attestations. Responsibilities include control automation, audits, risk management, gap assessments, compliance monitoring, metrics, privacy issue resolution, vendor risk management, and coordination of internal and external assessments. The role partners with Engineering, IT, Privacy, and business teams, supports responsible AI and product innovation, answers customer compliance questions, drives adoption of compliance changes, and mentors junior team members.

Lead Clio’s product portfolio and customer experience for France, driving localization, regulatory readiness, multilingual support, and market expansion. Own the roadmap, coordinate cross-functional teams, influence central platform priorities, and deliver SaaS products for French legal professionals. Apply knowledge of French civil law, legal-market regulations, AI-enabled product practices, system design, and internationalization to launch and scale compliant solutions.

Own Clio’s end-to-end product portfolio and customer experience for Italy. Develop the market roadmap, drive localization and regulatory readiness, launch multilingual SaaS features, and influence central teams to prioritize Italian needs. Build relationships with Italian legal practitioners and professional bodies, translate local legal requirements into product specifications, and partner with Engineering, Design, Legal, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Apply AI, data, and technical fluency to make product decisions and deliver measurable outcomes.

Lead engineering teams expanding Clio into international markets. Responsibilities include guiding technical strategy, coding and reviewing software, scaling services and systems, mentoring managers and individual contributors, managing technical roadmaps, partnering with Product and Design, and recruiting engineering talent. The role also requires navigating international SaaS markets, regulatory systems, cultural expectations, agile delivery, organizational growth, and AI-driven process improvements.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the EMEA Senior Leadership Team: manage complex schedules and travel across time zones, coordinate events and meetings, handle correspondence and expense reconciliation, liaise with external partners, maintain documentation and knowledge management, and protect confidential information.

Lead technical work enabling global-ready products: act as technical stakeholder, define roadmaps, remove major technical blockers, write and review high-quality tested code, mentor engineers, simplify abstractions, and collaborate across distributed teams to deliver scalable web/SaaS solutions.
