Acquire and convert new SMB customers through lead follow-up, consultative SaaS sales, product demonstrations, and online presentations. Consistently meet or exceed pipeline and sales targets, manage free trials and qualified leads, answer product questions, and support expansion and renewals. Collaborate with Growth and Marketing to improve lead generation, conversion tools, customer segmentation, and pipeline quality while maintaining accurate sales processes and strong cross-functional communication.

Lead partner recruitment, enablement, joint business planning, and partner-led pipeline across Northern Europe. Coach and scale partners to sell and deliver ClickUp, collaborate with GTM teams, and use data to prioritize and improve partner motions to drive sourced and influenced revenue.
