Lead and coach a frontline B2B SaaS Account Executive team across EMEA. Own pipeline generation, deal execution, forecasting, quota attainment, CRM hygiene, operating cadence, and rep development. Own strategic technical relationships for enterprise customers across EMEA. Lead ClickUp onboarding, implementation, workflow design, adoption, account health, AI enablement, and automation initiatives. Lead strategic SaaS implementations for enterprise customers, from discovery through rollout and optimization. Design scalable workflows, governance, automations, reporting, and AI use cases in ClickUp. Drive adoption, value realization, stakeholder alignment, and change management while partnering with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Support. Serve as a trusted advisor to customer administrators, operators, and executives, resolving complex implementation challenges and communicating customer feedback internally.
