Teams at ClickHouse

Design, build, operate, and maintain petabyte-scale, fault-tolerant Product Metrics systems (storage, ingestion, serving). Ensure performance, reliability, availability, cost-efficiency; deliver features, mentor teammates, participate in on-call rotations, and contribute to roadmap and design discussions.

Provide consultative engineering and high-tier support to enterprise customers: design, architecture, integration, implementation, migration, benchmarking, POCs, and L1-L3 support. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales, create documentation and content, mentor hires, and provide on-call and up to 35% onsite regional travel.

Provide first-line technical support for ClickHouse users across EMEA (and globally as needed): triage tickets, handle chat/calls/Slack, build/share solutions and documentation, assist pre/post-sales POCs, collaborate with engineering and product teams, and mentor colleagues while maintaining SLA obligations and on-call coverage.
