Provide technical support for ClickHouse and Langfuse customers across EMEA and global regions through cases, chat, Slack, community channels, and calls. Troubleshoot database, cloud infrastructure, AI application, tracing, and evaluation issues within SLA and on-call rotations. Develop documentation and educational content, assist with technical proofs of concept, mentor colleagues, escalate bugs, collaborate with Engineering and Product teams, and support customer implementations directly in codebases.

Design, build, operate, and maintain petabyte-scale, fault-tolerant Product Metrics systems (storage, ingestion, serving). Ensure performance, reliability, availability, cost-efficiency; deliver features, mentor teammates, participate in on-call rotations, and contribute to roadmap and design discussions.

Provide first-line technical support for ClickHouse users across EMEA (and globally as needed): triage tickets, handle chat/calls/Slack, build/share solutions and documentation, assist pre/post-sales POCs, collaborate with engineering and product teams, and mentor colleagues while maintaining SLA obligations and on-call coverage.

Lead and build Site Reliability Engineering practices for ClickHouse Cloud: design scalable, highly available systems; set SLOs/SLAs; implement monitoring, alerting, incident response, and blameless postmortems; run chaos engineering initiatives; manage on-call processes; and develop software tools to improve operational efficiency and reliability.

The Product Marketing Engineer at ClickHouse will create diverse technical content, evaluate market strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance product awareness and adoption.
