Provides legal advice and transaction support for Wealth Capital Markets across the UK, Europe, and Middle East. Responsibilities include advising trading and front-office teams, negotiating broker and distribution agreements, drafting product and offering documentation, interpreting financial regulations, supporting cross-border distribution, managing regulatory initiatives, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external counsel. The role focuses on securities, structured products, derivatives, and related investment products.

Leads the European Custody product franchise across 11 markets, owning product strategy, governance, regulatory compliance, financial performance, operational resilience, risk remediation, recovery planning, and client asset obligations. Represents the product function with regulators, clients, governance forums, and senior stakeholders. Drives business growth, implementations, AI-enabled process improvements, technology and operations alignment, and distributed team coordination while managing P&L, reporting, issues, corrective action plans, and European strategy.
