Supports global financial crime and fraud risk management across banking businesses. Responsibilities include AML, sanctions, anti-bribery and corruption controls; risk assessments; governance; transformation projects; process improvement; automation; stakeholder partnership; reporting; and compliance with policies, regulations, risk appetite, and consent order milestones.

Leads project direction, governance, execution, risk, resources, budgets, communications, contracts, and change control. Oversees critical projects and supervises project managers and business analysts, while managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring regulatory compliance. Requires strong asset servicing expertise, executive-level communication, commercial awareness, and the ability to operate in pressured environments.

Leads Citi’s OTC and ETF derivatives operating model within Investor Services Operations. Owns operational excellence, strategic roadmap delivery, process and technology change, risk controls, client relationships, team development, budgeting, and business growth. Partners with Product, Technology, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Risk on complex transformation programs, while providing subject matter expertise in OTC derivatives, ETFs, and post-trade services.
