Leads strategic and operational initiatives for the Chief of Staff Office, including project planning, PMO governance, executive reporting, stakeholder coordination, process improvement, workforce and financial analysis, and performance tracking. Prepares decision-ready materials, maintains RAID logs and dashboards, monitors milestones, escalates risks, supports headcount approvals, and coaches junior colleagues.

Leads strategy, operations, governance, and cross-functional project delivery for the Chief of Staff Office. Develops executive materials, translates priorities into delivery plans, manages PMO standards, oversees budgeting and performance analysis, drives operational improvements, coordinates senior stakeholders, and supports workforce planning and team development.

Supports hedge fund investor administration, including maintaining shareholder registers, processing subscriptions and redemptions, reviewing AML documentation, and coordinating with investors, managers, auditors, and internal accounting, treasury, legal, and compliance teams. Maintains strong client relationships and helps deliver accurate, compliant fund services.
