Lead and mentor a software engineering team building Cilium-based networking, security, and observability solutions. Provide performance feedback, track project progress, preserve engineering culture, and align across time zones while collaborating with technical leads and customers.

Create and maintain Tetragon runtime security policies using threat intelligence and CVE monitoring. Design frameworks for policy consumption, collaborate with engineers and customers to deploy protections, and publish/share findings.
