Lead EMEA national security go-to-market and partner ecosystem for Cisco and Splunk. Develop strategy, build a cleared proxy network, coordinate complex joint opportunities, engage senior government and partner stakeholders, and drive pipeline growth and sovereign-ready solution adoption across defence and national security agencies.

Serve as a partner-facing technical advisor driving adoption of Cisco solutions. Lead architecture, enablement, POCs, workshops, and partner account plans to grow Secure Networking, AI infrastructure, and Workplace Experiences. Align partner initiatives with Cisco strategy, support technical sales cycles, and represent Cisco at events to drive partner-led revenue.

Create and maintain Tetragon runtime security policies using threat intelligence and CVE monitoring. Design frameworks for policy consumption, collaborate with engineers and customers to deploy protections, and publish/share findings.

Provide legal and regulatory guidance on EMEA environmental sustainability laws (ROHS, REACH, WEEE, PFAS, EPR, ESPR, CSRD, Batteries). Drive compliance strategy, create policies and training, integrate requirements into product design, engage regulators and industry groups, and support cross-functional stakeholders.
