The Senior Technical Support Engineer will provide expert support for Circle's API products, resolve technical issues, manage escalations, improve support processes, and contribute to the team’s goals for customer experience and operational excellence.

Lead AML/financial crime investigations and intelligence across UAE/MEA; design MEA-specific compliance frameworks; perform complex transaction reviews using blockchain analytics; liaise with regulators and law enforcement; improve monitoring tools and 2LoD oversight; deliver training and risk assessments.

As a Senior AML Analyst, you will investigate suspicious activities, conduct AML compliance, and collaborate with various teams to enhance detection workflows.
