The Senior Technical Support Engineer will provide expert support for Circle's API products, resolve technical issues, manage escalations, improve support processes, and contribute to the team’s goals for customer experience and operational excellence.

Lead detection and response across cloud, blockchain, and AI surfaces. Build detection coverage, run incident response, deploy SOC AI tooling, maintain SIEM/SOAR and orchestration, and collaborate cross-functionally to remediate threats and improve visibility. Participate in on-call rotation and support threat modeling, vulnerability scans, and custom tooling.

Lead strategic partner management across Europe, owning enterprise relationships from onboarding to expansion. Drive adoption of Circle products, coordinate cross-functional teams, execute go-to-market and enablement programs, manage escalations, and deliver growth and operational excellence for banks, fintechs, and wallets.

Lead execution and improvement of Circle's Regulatory Compliance Program across EEA and international licenses. Oversee regulatory reporting, monitor regulatory change, coordinate with MLROs and supervisors, manage examinations, and build scalable compliance processes to enable business growth.

The Senior Analyst in AML KYC will conduct detailed customer onboarding, monitor client relationships for compliance, and update KYC records while utilizing AI tools for efficiency.

As a Senior AML Analyst, you will investigate suspicious activities, conduct AML compliance, and collaborate with various teams to enhance detection workflows.

Investigate AML alerts and transaction monitoring cases, file SARs/STRs when appropriate, support law enforcement and partners, conduct screening and adverse media checks, improve detection models with policy and data teams, and train/mentor TM analysts.
