Teams at Circit

Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-tier SaaS accounts (€5k-100k+ ARR), drive retention, adoption, renewals, upsells and cross-sells, build stakeholder relationships, manage full customer lifecycle, monitor account health, demo and train on the platform, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet revenue and retention targets.

Lead end-to-end customer implementations and pilots for European accounts, running kick-offs, project plans, technical configuration, training and hypercare. Coordinate cross-functional teams, define pilot success criteria with Sales, document handovers to Customer Success, and improve onboarding playbooks and tooling to reduce time-to-value and scale implementations.

Own monitoring and operational health of Circit’s banking API provider network. Detect and investigate connectivity and data-quality anomalies, manage SWIFT exceptions and provider verifications, support provider onboarding and client hypercare, coordinate between banks, clients, and engineers, embed with product for operational context, and build process documentation and automation proposals to improve provider management.
