Provides accounting advisory services across transactions, carve-outs, financial reporting, regulatory information, accounting standards, process improvement, and implementation projects. The consultant analyzes financial information, interviews client management, identifies issues, prepares reports, supports accounting teams, participates in client meetings, and manages engagements from start to finish while collaborating with CFGI professionals, Big Four auditors, and client stakeholders.

Leads accounting advisory engagements for complex transactions, accounting standards, regulatory reporting, and process improvements. Advises executive clients and auditors, manages project delivery, develops client relationships, supports business development, and mentors engagement teams. The role also contributes to recruiting, firm initiatives, training, and professional development while serving as a technical accounting subject matter expert.

The Manager leads project teams, interacting with clients and auditors. Responsibilities include solving complex accounting issues, reviewing deliverables, mentoring consultants, and participating in recruiting.
