Design and advise on domestic energy-efficiency upgrades and retrofit projects under SEAI schemes. Produce compliant, cost-effective retrofit designs (lighting, insulation, ventilation, heat pumps, Solar PV, boilers/controls), liaise with assessors and contractors, ensure regulatory and quality standards, manage timelines, budgets and customer/stakeholder relationships.

Lead B2B product strategy for gas, electricity and energy services: analyse markets, define propositions, build business cases, manage pricing, KPIs and lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and drive digital customer journeys (RPA and online self-serve).
