Serve as the founding customer-facing engineer for Kimchi, leading product demonstrations, customer workspace setup, inference API integrations, model routing optimization, and governance policy implementation. Configure agent workflows, integrations, budgets, cost attribution, and access controls. Translate customer feedback into product improvements while identifying opportunities for revenue expansion. The role combines hands-on LLM and inference expertise with customer enablement and commercial thinking in a remote-first environment.

Lead 0-to-1 product development for Kimchi’s AI coding and infrastructure products. Responsibilities include identifying high-value customer problems, conducting discovery, validating hypotheses, prioritizing opportunities, partnering with engineering and design, defining success metrics, driving adoption, and communicating product direction. The role requires strong judgment in ambiguous, rapidly changing technical markets and hands-on use of modern AI tools.

Owns go-to-market business intelligence strategy, data modeling, metric governance, dashboards, and executive reporting. The role defines trusted revenue metrics across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, and executive teams; builds pipeline, funnel, productivity, forecasting, cohort, and segmentation analyses; ensures Salesforce data quality; manages BI tooling; and translates stakeholder questions into reusable insights. This is a hands-on, remote-first role requiring strong SQL, BI platform, Salesforce, SaaS metrics, and stakeholder management expertise.
