Leads Cast AI’s global marketing strategy, organization, budget, and operating model. Owns positioning, demand generation, pipeline, customer acquisition, product adoption, marketing efficiency, and revenue contribution. Builds an accountable, AI-enabled marketing organization spanning product marketing, digital, content, field, partner, lifecycle, customer, and marketing operations. Partners closely with executives, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations across global markets.

Design, build, and operate high-scale backend services in Go supporting authentication, authorization, billing, audit trails, pricing, notifications, feature flags, and savings reporting. Own features from design through production rollout, debug security- and money-critical issues, optimize databases and high-load systems, and collaborate on product direction. The role requires Kubernetes experience, strong API and systems engineering skills, complex project ownership, and participation in on-call rotations where needed.

Design and build distributed systems that autonomously manage Kubernetes infrastructure at scale. Develop production Go services integrating cloud provider APIs, debug complex cloud-native production issues, and own features from architecture through rollout. Serve as the founding customer-facing engineer for Kimchi, leading product demonstrations, customer workspace setup, inference API integrations, model routing optimization, and governance policy implementation. Configure agent workflows, integrations, budgets, cost attribution, and access controls. Translate customer feedback into product improvements while identifying opportunities for revenue expansion. The role combines hands-on LLM and inference expertise with customer enablement and commercial thinking in a remote-first environment.

Build and operate the inference API platform powering AI services at global scale. Own distributed systems, datastores, observability, analytics, billing, usage metering, role-based controls, and CI/CD. Diagnose performance issues using query profiling and flame graphs, optimize reliability and latency, and deliver features end-to-end from design through production rollout. Collaborate directly with product and engineering teams in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.

Design and build distributed Go systems that autonomously manage Kubernetes infrastructure and cloud resources at scale. Own features end to end, debug complex production issues, integrate with AWS, GCP, and Azure APIs, and work with Kubernetes internals, time-series data, observability, CI/CD, and cloud-native tooling. Collaborate across teams, influence product direction, and participate in on-call rotations where required.

Lead end-to-end international recruitment across technical and go-to-market functions in EMEA, AMER, and APAC. Partner with hiring managers, develop recruiting strategies, source diverse candidates using modern and AI-powered tools, coach interviewers, manage candidate experience, and help build scalable hiring processes in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Own end-to-end development of Kimchi Studio features, a desktop application for collaborative autonomous coding agents. Design, implement, test, and roll out product capabilities using TypeScript, Electron, React, Node.js, and Go. Diagnose performance issues with query profiles and flame graphs, prioritize UX polish and speed, and collaborate directly with product and engineering teams in a remote-first environment.

Lead 0-to-1 product development for Kimchi’s AI coding and infrastructure products. Responsibilities include identifying high-value customer problems, conducting discovery, validating hypotheses, prioritizing opportunities, partnering with engineering and design, defining success metrics, driving adoption, and communicating product direction. The role requires strong judgment in ambiguous, rapidly changing technical markets and hands-on use of modern AI tools.

Serve as the technical lead for Kimchi sales across EMEA. Run enterprise proofs of concept, integrate coding-agent workflows, configure inference gateways, benchmark accuracy and cost, and guide security, data residency, and architecture reviews. Translate technical and business value for engineering leaders, troubleshoot integrations live, convert evaluations into signed business, support account executives, provide product feedback, and represent the company at regional events.

Hands-on Engineering Manager for the KUBE team responsible for leading and mentoring engineers while spending at least half time writing production code. Own product development execution, design scalable infrastructure, manage multi-cloud Kubernetes provisioning (EKS/GKE/AKS), work with IaC (Terraform), CI/CD and GitOps (GitLab CI, ArgoCD), contribute to monitoring and on-call rotations, and collaborate with Product to deliver resilient, high-performance features at fleet scale.
