Responsibilities include identifying high-value customer problems, conducting discovery, validating hypotheses, prioritizing opportunities, partnering with engineering and design, defining success metrics, driving adoption, and communicating product direction. The role requires strong judgment in ambiguous, rapidly changing technical markets and hands-on use of modern AI tools.

Owns go-to-market business intelligence strategy, data modeling, metric governance, dashboards, and executive reporting. The role defines trusted revenue metrics across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, and executive teams; builds pipeline, funnel, productivity, forecasting, cohort, and segmentation analyses; ensures Salesforce data quality; manages BI tooling; and translates stakeholder questions into reusable insights. This is a hands-on, remote-first role requiring strong SQL, BI platform, Salesforce, SaaS metrics, and stakeholder management expertise.

Serve as the technical lead for Kimchi sales across EMEA. Run enterprise proofs of concept, integrate coding-agent workflows, configure inference gateways, benchmark accuracy and cost, and guide security, data residency, and architecture reviews. Translate technical and business value for engineering leaders, troubleshoot integrations live, convert evaluations into signed business, support account executives, provide product feedback, and represent the company at regional events.

Hands-on Engineering Manager for the KUBE team responsible for leading and mentoring engineers while spending at least half time writing production code. Own product development execution, design scalable infrastructure, manage multi-cloud Kubernetes provisioning (EKS/GKE/AKS), work with IaC (Terraform), CI/CD and GitOps (GitLab CI, ArgoCD), contribute to monitoring and on-call rotations, and collaborate with Product to deliver resilient, high-performance features at fleet scale.
