One of the most rewarding aspects of this role is the collaboration across various departments. I meet with Sales daily to better understand challenges during customer meetings. Allows me to strategize new marketing materials!

Best part about working at Carbon is getting to work with a team who gives it their all every single day. Energy levels are always high and I love how it motivates me!

Creativity in cutting edge companies can be a super-power. Creativity is a team sport where one person's ideas can lead to another's new idea. Creativity needs to be recognized, called out, and rewarded. When it is, it can self perpetuate.

Some companies allow dogs in the office, but I don't know another company that allows chickens, ducks, sheep, goats, and pigs in the office! I have a farm sanctuary and I'm encouraged to bring them along to say hi. It's fun and always good bonding. Chatting around the water cooler is nowhere as cool as chatting around the office piglet.
