Lead global sales enablement strategy to improve ramp time, productivity, and win rates. Build onboarding, training, playbooks, competitive intelligence, and manage the enablement tech stack. Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and RevOps; run live and virtual training; measure adoption and impact; coordinate global training events and report to leadership.

Own and grow reseller and distributor relationships across the UKI territory. Develop channel strategy, recruit and onboard partners, run enablement and go-to-market plans, manage pipeline and partner satisfaction, and support initial customer discovery as needed to meet annual sales growth quotas.

Develop and execute content marketing strategy, manage the content calendar end-to-end, ensure content quality and brand alignment, optimize content for search and AI, track KPIs and analytics, and coordinate messaging across product, sales and marketing teams. Role includes stakeholder collaboration and occasional international travel for company events.
