Graduate software engineers will develop open-source and commercial software across the Linux stack, from firmware, kernels, and drivers to desktop applications, containers, clouds, and Kubernetes. Responsibilities include writing resilient, performant code, contributing to product roadmaps, engaging with users and open-source communities, addressing customer issues, and developing secure software. The role is globally remote with twice-yearly international team sprints and emphasizes mentorship, collaboration, and continuous technical growth.

Leads global FP&A teams and oversees forecasting, annual planning, financial modeling, executive reporting, KPI analysis, and strategic commercial insights. Partners with Accounting, Investor Relations, product teams, and executives on financial reporting, IPO materials, process improvements, cost control, and cross-functional initiatives. The role also mentors FP&A colleagues and develops the team’s long-term roadmap in a global technology business.

Leads Canonical’s global Legal and Compliance function, advising executive leadership and the Board while building a distributed legal team. Owns corporate governance, public-market readiness, commercial contracting, intellectual property, open source licensing, regulatory compliance, litigation, M&A, and external counsel management. The role requires substantial senior in-house technology experience, active legal licensure, global team leadership, and expertise across multiple regulatory disciplines. It is remote within EMEA time zones and includes international travel two to four times annually.
