Architects and designs configurable RTL solutions for DDR controller features and customer requirements. Develops high-speed circuits, low-power capabilities, and SoC architecture while collaborating with verification, support, delivery, applications, and PHY teams. Uses design automation and IP development tools, improves engineering processes through automation, and provides technical team leadership.

Design, build, and maintain infrastructure automation and virtualization platforms (Terraform, Ansible, Python) for on-prem and hybrid cloud. Manage CI/CD pipelines, optimise Nutanix/KVM/VMware platforms, monitor with Prometheus/Grafana/Datadog, support AWS/Azure integration, enforce policy-as-code and security hardening, and mentor junior engineers.

Responsible for country-level financial accounting within the EMEA Controller Team, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, financial statement preparation, fixed assets, lease accounting, audits, tax and VAT compliance, forecasting, cash management, SOX compliance, and M&A integration support. The role works across international finance teams and delivers accurate reporting under strict deadlines.
