Responsible for country-level financial accounting within the EMEA Controller Team, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, financial statement preparation, fixed assets, lease accounting, audits, tax and VAT compliance, forecasting, cash management, SOX compliance, and M&A integration support. The role works across international finance teams and delivers accurate reporting under strict deadlines.

The role involves maintaining Unix systems, automating operations, troubleshooting issues, and improving IT infrastructure performance globally within a large team.

Leads financial reporting, business analytics, dashboard development, and project initiatives for Credit and Collections. Analyzes accounts receivable trends, aging, collections performance, DSO, cash forecasts, and operational KPIs. Automates manual reporting, improves data quality, supports system implementations and M&A activities, and delivers executive insights. Requires advanced Excel, Power BI, ERP reporting, financial analysis, project management, and process improvement expertise.

Lead and manage EU and European government-funded contract opportunities, coordinating sales, legal, and technical teams through RFQ/RFP, proposal development, negotiation, risk assessment, and contract execution while ensuring compliance and stakeholder engagement.
