Lead end-to-end Ramco ERP implementation for aviation MRO and supply chain: manage migration from legacy (e.g., SAP), oversee data migration, integrations, SIT/UAT and cutover, coordinate vendors, manage risks and stakeholders, drive change management, training and adoption, and deliver executive reporting within a 12-month contract.

Manage forecasting, planning, purchasing and expediting of consumable and repairable aircraft parts. Liaise with stakeholders, suppliers and engineering, convert requisitions to POs in SAP, manage supplier performance, reconcile orders/invoices, control repairable parts pool, and ensure compliance with airworthiness legislation.

Lead offshore Search and Rescue operations from the Falkland Islands, ensuring compliance with UK aviation legislation and company SOPs, monitoring flight safety and performance, and maintaining professional standards and team morale. Act as SAR Commander, overseeing pilot handling, navigation, fuel/aircraft checks, and operational discipline.
