Serve as primary contact for customers and internal stakeholders within an assigned territory. Process orders, manage complaints/returns, support pricing and margin analysis, prepare commercial reports, use SAP/ERP to track inventory and accounts, resolve billing/delivery discrepancies, and drive continuous improvement in order-to-cash processes.

Manage QSHE policies and compliance across regions, ensuring health, safety, and environmental legislation adherence. Conduct audits, training, and incident investigations, fostering a safety culture within the organization.
